I've gotta say this is by far THE best tasting shake I have ever had. Its liquadised mint aero!!!! I only just got this so cant comment on gains yet but I have been REALLY please with reflex instant whey and thermo fusion tablets. Great products from reflex!!!

I got the vanilla flavor and it is really quite rank! Chalky as expected and hard to mix.
Definitely does the job, but i can barely stomach one a day so I have it just before bed.
