Great protein powder as it has no fat or carbs and is pretty cheap considering other similar products on the market. Added benefit of great taste which is uncommon with such protein shakes! Although i have taken it a few times and it seems to have made me feel a bit sick?? Could be due to the fact that my body isn't used to so much protein?
