Its not terrible, but the top is hard to screw on, so occasionally I'll shake my protein around the room. The cap on the lid is also damn hard to push down. It works if you make it work, but I cant be bothered doing that.

If you want to waste your supplements, try shaking your blend in this!

Got it free with my order which was nice...and does the job of mixing a shake, but alongside that, it creates a monsoon all around you as it leaks all over the place. This thing needed testing before being allowed to be sold!
