First thing is first, you will need a blender to mix this stuff as a shaker bottle wont do the job. I got the Strawberry milkshake flavour and it tasted as good as youre going to get for a shake with 1200 calories in it! I have been struggling to put on weight and after going through a bag of this (2 weeks), I checked and I had put on half a stone (7lbs) without changing my diet which is great.
