This will be the 6th time I have used this product. I have gone from 11st to now 15 1/2st unbelievable never thought by just doing a hour every other day at the gym and a shake every day I would get such great results top brand. Strawberry seems to be the best flavour.Value 80% Overall 80% Great for mass - not the best to drink
The gainer is great for putting on mass. Using this I have put on 10kg over a couple of months taking 2 scoops with milk twice a day. I always had chocolate but found it to be really thick which hasnt been a deal breaker for me. Also i usually wait 15 mins once ive poured it shaking it every 2 mins as it doesnt mix well at all and by doing this method i get it all to mix. - Delivery Info
