Great flavour I use the blue raspberry I drink around 3 on a day off training and 2 on training day used plenty of others in the past this ones the best Ive usedValue 100% Overall 100% Tastes great - its bright blue
Apart from the fact it looks like Im drinking anti freeze ( cool ) this helps me to get my daily water intake. I have 3-4 a day not sure how much it helps with my muscles cant say Ive noticed any difference. But as I said its got me drinking alot more water than usual and its got me off the Monster and red bull. So Ill defo be ordering again soon 1 tub down 1 to go -
