For all of those unfortunate soles that seem to be getting somewhere when exercising, only to get an injury and put back several months, hopefully this comes as a little reassurance…even Bond isn’t immune to injury! Poor Daniel Craig (who plays James Bond) is suffering a knee injury that is evidently impacting on his physique, and more importantly delaying the release of Bond 24. The knee injury has caused Craig to miss key deadlines which is pushing everything back. So if you’re injured, take some (Quantum of) solace in the knowledge that you’re not alone, even 007 is prone to a set back or two from time to time.
