Did you know that there are 1440 minutes in a day. How many of you tell yourself that you do not have time in your day to exercise? All you need to do is block out 60 minutes out of your day to allow for this. Just in case you still aren't convinced that you don't have enough time, here is another fact for you. An hour's workout equates to 4% of your day. That really isn't a lot of time and still leaves you to do so many other things. Next time you tell yourself, I didn't have time to exercise, ask yourself, did I not have 60 minutes out of my 1440 minutes day. Now you know there is no excuse, make sure you get your exercise in TODAY!!
