30+ Incentivising Reasons To Exercise

Fed up of feeling tired, sluggish and having a lack of motivation? Are you often ill with colds and the flu? The real question is do you want to feel good all the time? I know you are reading this and thinking, yes of course I do. Well, read on to find out about the 30+ incentivising reasons to exercise.

First and foremost, exercise makes YOU feel 1.) GREAT! There is no doubt about it, how many of you have a bad day and then exercise? What happens? You instantly feel so much better and forget about the bad day you were having. The reason why you feel great is because your body releases 2.) endorphins that make you feel 3.) happy, 4.) positive, 5.) energised and more 6.) motivated. From this first fact alone, I hope it is making you reach for your trainers and not the remote control for the TV.

Most of us lead busy lifestyles where work and family commitments take up a lot of our time. These commitments can also lead to an increase of stress built up within your body. When you are stressed you are less likely to have a decent night's sleep, you are more likely to hold onto fat within the body and your mental state of mind isn't at its clearest. What is the solution? Well, it's not medication, and it is certainly not alcohol. You guessed it, EXERCISE. Exercise will 7.) relieve stress and will certainly 8.) boost your mental state of mind. You will become 9.) more alert, 10.) more focused and 11.) more responsive to things. By exercising, your 12.) sleep patterns will get better and you will instantly find yourself having deeper and longer sleeps. You may also find that you remember dreams from the sleep upon rising which is a key indicator that you are leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

Do you want to change the way you look? Do you have trouble with lower back pain? Do you want to improve your core strength? Do you want to 13.) improve your posture? Yes!!! Exercise will help with these and will give you the new look you want. You can exercise in many different forms which means you don't just have to attend your local gym to gain results. Good news right? You can do a whole range of activities including running, cycling, swimming, walking, gym, rowing, hiking, skiing etc. If you exercise just 3 times a week for an hour you will improve your 14.) strength throughout the body and 15.) change the way you look. You will 16.) increase your fitness, become 17.) more confident and 18.) have extra energy to perform your daily tasks. If you find yourself feeling sluggish throughout the day, guess what? Exercise will 19.) combat lethargy and 20.) keep your energy levels sustained.

How many sick days have you had this year? Do you suffer with colds often? Did you know exercise works closely with the Central Nervous System and your immune system. When you exercise it will 21.) strengthen both your CNS and immune system preventing illness. Exercise also 22.) fights diseases and clears other bad toxins within the body. Exercising 3 times a week will 23.) seriously reduce the amount of illnesses you pick up in a year.

Finally, if all the above doesn't convince you into exercising, surely this closing statement will. One of my favourite reasons for exercising is that you will have a 24.) more positive outlook on life. You have the opportunity through exercising to 25.) lengthen your lifespan, meaning you can do more things! You will 26.) smile more, become 27.) more social and 28.) increase your confidence. When you begin to change your body and notice results, you will become 29.) more happy within. When this happens it's only natural you will become 30.) more happy on the outside too. People that exercise are generally happy people and when you begin you are instantly 31.) united with different people. You will 32.) make new friends and become one of many that are a part of something great. You will be in your 33.) own fitness community that will enable you to do more things than you thought were possible, just by exercising 3 times a week.

I seriously hope that if you have been contemplating exercising for a while and not sure if it worth your time  this has changed your mind. Remember, if you want to be more happy, feel more positive, become fitter, look better and have more confidence.... Exercise is for you!! All the best
