Did you know if you perform just 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise three times a week you will be fitter and healthier than before. Sounds obvious right? Well the psychology is that as the nights draw in sooner and the winter, colder weather comes in, more people will be reluctant to exercise and instead will become better acquainted with their sofa.
All you need to do is keep up with your routine and continue to exercise so that you maximise your goals. If you normally run outside but can't cope with the cold weather, why not run indoors? If you usually cycle outside why not join a gym and take part in spin classes? Whatever your exercise regime there is always a way for you to continue it throughout the colder weather. No excuses!
