Need A Reminder Of WHY You Exercise? Here Are 4 For You!

If you ever needed four AMAZING reasons to get out there and exercise, here are those four encouraging reasons. Cutting straight to the chase, here are my four reasons why you should exercise if you don't already and four, perfectly viable reasons to START if you are still on the fence.

Makes You Feel Great and Look Younger

I asked my colleagues here at Discount Supplements why they exercised and pretty much all of them said ''because it makes me feel great''. Exercise can become addictive because you start to see results and you begin your journey in changing how you look. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, shape up, get fitter, run further and so on, exercise has your back. Ever wondered why you feel so awesome after even your most intense workouts? Well, this is down to the fact your body releases endorphin's that are going to make you feel happy and positive. This type of feeling is what is going to help you see results and ultimately make you FEEL great! Exercise doesn't just improve your overall sense of well being but also targets your youth and keeps you looking younger for longer. As you get older fibroblasts (the collagen-producing cells in the skin) get lazier but when you exercise these cells are more effective and will keep you looking youthful.

Helps Your Relationships

Relationships with friends, family and your partner is important and you want to keep them strong and healthy forever. Regular exercising helps improve your memory, confidence and self esteem which is going to save you on a number of occasions.  Do you forget birthdays or anniversaries and often, you are left feeling guilty because of this? Adrenaline and energy delivered to your brain during exercise enhances your memory so that you never miss a date in the calendar again. You can thank me later for this one ;)

Keeps Your Life Organised

So exercise already works wonders for you but there is more, it also helps keep your life as a whole in check and organised. When you begin to exercise you will start to take control of your life and make it a priority which is a great feeling. Not only will you start to organise when you are exercising but it will help you organise other things in your life. Exercise really helps your mental state and with a positive mindset you are going to be able to achieve so much more. You will find yourself achieving more things in life, that you will have wished you'd jumped on the exercise wagon sooner! No matter what age you are there is still time to start exercising and this brings me onto the last reason....

Quality Of Life

Following on from my previous point, your quality of life will certainly get a WHOLE lot better just by exercising a minimum of three times per week. What does this mean? My understanding of your quality of life improving is that everything within your life currently is going to improve just by you improving yourself. Exercise leads to an increased bill of health, the possiblitly you will live for longer, an increased amount of friends, feeling happier and more positive every day and so on. There really isn't a negative to exercising a part from the fact it means more loads of washing sweaty gym clothes :P!

In summary I hope these reasons inspire you to continue or give you the push to start exercising. One thing is for sure, once you start you definitely won't want to stop and you are only going to want to do it more. There are plenty of other reasons to exercise so why not leave a comment below with why you exercise and how it has helped you? Have fun and enjoy :
