5 Reasons To Buy Pharma Freak Mass Freak

5 Reasons to buy Pharma Freak Mass Freak.

Reason Number 1. Convenience

Weight gainer shakes are extremely convenient, they can be taken absolutely anywhere and when added to 500-600ml water or milk make for an easy way to increase total calorie intake without bloating yourself with too much food. Mass Freak should always be consumed in addition to your regular habitual food intake and NOT in it's place.

Reason Number 2. High in Calories

Mass Gainer supplements are extremely high in calories for the quantity you have to consume. Mass Freak can deliver up to 1000 calories a day, but I would suggest halving that, for 2 reasons.  Consuming that number of calories via liquid nutrition in a short space of time is extremely bloating and can leave you feeling distended and uncomfortable. Plus the large number of calories are often bumped up with carbohydrate and sugar, this is common in weight gainers because you would have to consume far to much protein to get the requisite amount of calories from protein alone. Of course we want to keep your sugar intake as low as possible so halving the dose per day (2 scoops) is my suggestion.

Reason Number 3. High in Protein

The products recommendation would see you get 50g protein, but again I would recommend halving the servings to 2 scoops a day, one first thing in the morning after breakfast, and one immediately after exercise. The 25g protein you get from this is completely adequate, about the same as you might get from an average chicken breast. Ideal.

Reason Number 4. Glutamine and BCAAs

The BCAAs are comprised of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine with Lecuine being the main muscle protein synthesis stimulating amino acid. Therefore the addition of these integral amino acids are ideal for encouraging muscle mass and total weight gain. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in human muscle therefore it is important that we are not deficient in this.

Reason Number 5. Cost Effective / Cheap

A mass gainer supplement is without doubt one of the most cost effective ways to get protein and calories into your diet. A mass gainer should NEVER come before wholefood such as lean meats, starchy carbs or fruit and veg, but it does make for a cost effective addition to daily intake. You DO NOT get all of the vitamins and minerals that you need for heath and wellbeing in Mass Freak or any other mass gainer supplement, however it is useful to consume this alongside your normal eating to boost total calories.
