A father of two who puts his 28 inch waist down to eating junk food and enjoying 50 cigarettes a day. He refuses to eat fruit and hasn't done so for 10 years. His diet consists of steak and kidney pies, roast beef, sausage egg and chips and other fried foods.
David Jeffries loves to dance, run and stay active but he believes the main reason why he has stayed in shape is due to his 20 minute workouts he puts himself through. He will sit in his armchair and punch and kick in the air whilst listening to music. He says this works his joints and muscles effectively.
David, I hate to break it to you but on the outside you might be fit and healthy but what about the inside? What do you guys think? Maybe it is time he started introducing fruits and vegetables back into his diet.
