91 Year Old Deadlifts 130kg...Need We Say Anymore?

Growing old isn't a luxury afforded to everybody, but if i'm blessed to be able to then i want to be able to deadlift too! Heck, a 130kg deadlift is hard enough as it is, never mind when you're 91! Svend Steensgaard is living proof that age is just a number, yes the chap is a little fried after this maximal effort lift, but it proves that this man is one strong and tough cookie. The Dane is the oldest lifter in the history of the International Powerlifting Federation, and proves to the world that he is capable of incredible feats even at the ripe old age of 91.
