Aaron Pearce Body Transformation

Aaron had always been a slight build and after studying a degree in Sport Science he wanted to put it to good use by using that knowledge to improve his body shape, size and composition.

Here are his 'Before' Stats:

Age: 22

Height: 178cm/ 5’10”

Weight: 59kg

Body fat: 12%

Aaron has reached his goal of becoming a successful trainer and online coach and is now looking ahead to competing as a fitness model in the Miami Pro UK Championships later this year. Aaron has managed to achieve a sculpted physique and put on 15kg in a two year time frame. A very impressive feat! Here is a little information on how he managed such great progression...

Training:

Aaron trains for 6 days a week, allowing himself only one rest day. His training days are split into the following:

Monday: Back

Tuesday: Chest

Wednesday: Quads & Glutes

Thursday: Biceps & Abs

Friday: Shoulders

Saturday: Hamstrings & Traps

Sunday: Rest

Hypertrophy training:

5 exercises per muscle group, 3 sets of 6-10 reps.

 Diet:

Aaron sticks to a clean diet 7 days a week, choosing not to include a cheat day in his weekly routine. His diet consists of consuming 3500kcal per day which is split into 6 small meals throughout the day. His macronutrient split is: 37% protein, 43% carb and 20% fat.

As a child she performed with the English Youth Ballet and had performed on the West End stage by the age of 10. Steph has worked in both the private and public sector coaching children and adults from grassroot to elite level as well as providing them with cutting edge advice on how to reach their goals. Steph has received awards for her choreography and has competed nationally and internationally meaning that she can back up her scientific knowledge with a wealth of experience.
