Why Aren't You Seeing Your Abs...

Have you been dieting for a while and working out but you still find yourself looking in the mirror in disappointment because you aren't where you want to be. I want to share with you some helpful tips and hints which will increase your chances of seeing more definition in your abdominal area. These are all things that I do and I like to stay pretty lean all year round so that I can motivate and inspire as many of you as possible to achieve your results. With Summer being really soon now, here at Discount Supplements we want you to be looking your best, having a lean, toned, flat stomach is key. So here goes....

Don't Starve Yourself...

A hugely common mistake people make when trying to see more definition in the abdominal area is starving your body of food in a desperate attempt to see quicker and faster results. You see, starving your body of calories doesn't mean you will lose fat, weight you will lose but it won't be the kind you want to lose. More than likely when you starve yourself of food, you will lose muscle, feel terrible, have bad sleep, feel lethargic and so on. So don't starve yourself of food because your body is likely to store more fat as it won't be getting enough nutrients to use them properly.

Cut The Crap...

Another problem is that some of you may eat healthy for a period of time but then feel as though you should reward yourself with some rubbish because you have been so good. You know what I am talking about, it's a Saturday night and you decide to maybe have a pizza, some fizzy drink or alcohol, ice cream etc but really you should be asking yourself is this doing me any good? I'm not saying don't eat something bad for you, but if you constantly do this and your body isn't changing, how are you going to get any better? My advice is to quit the binge eating on a weekend, stick to a healthy diet for a few weeks and then see how you feel about putting something crap in your body.

Keep It Simple...

Don't over complicate things by introducing lots of variables within your lifestyle. It is proven that in order to lose body fat you must exercise and eat good food. There are no secrets in losing body fat, just hard work and dedication is required throughout the whole process....

Seeing abdominal definition and keeping it requires dedication from you all the time. You should know that the moment you start eating rubbish, don't exercise as much and fall off the wagon of what got you the results will stagger progress and leave you feeling de motivated.
