So living in a high altitude area can half the chances of you becoming obese says latest research. The study shows that people living in high altitude area were less likely to gain weight. Researchers studied military personnel stationed at different altitude across the US and those in high altitude areas were less likely to gain weight. In fact, 41% were less likely to go from overweight to obese, but how is this so?

According to researchers it is all to do with the thin air that they are breathing in, so if you live somewhere similar then this could be the same for you also.
