Could Algae Clear Up Acne And Improve Skin

A recent study finds that fatty acids when applied to the skin could prevent the growth of bacteria which in time causes acne. Using omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, scientists in Scotland are hoping to use this as a lotion and replace other drugs which have known side effects. If you suffer with acne then this will be something to look out for in the future.

Why not in the mean time include more oily fish, nuts and seeds into your diet which contain a good amount of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. There are also supplements which contain omega 3 and 6 fatty acids which could help clear up your skin :)
