A full ripe banana with dark patches on the yellow skin produces a substance called TNF ( Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells within your body. The more darker the patches on the banana the more immunity you are going to give you body. Eating just 1 banana a day will help and it also contains a good amount of potassium which is great if you exercise regularly. So, peel away guys :)
