Back days can be just as exhausting as leg days because you are working larger muscles than when you perform a shoulder or chest day. Therefore because back day requires you to work hard you need to make sure you are including key exercises. These exercises that you include are a must and should be used on a regular basis for you back to grow. The best ones to do are deadlifts, rows and pull ups but keep an open mind with all of these exercises by performing slight variations of each. Make sure you are doing these when you exercise your back muscles :)
