Biggest Hands AND Biceps In Russia… Ukranian Arm Wrestler’s Hands Are Superhuman!

A 32 year old arm wrestling champion has a lot of things to thank for his incredible strength, power and fortuitous shovel like hands that see him win pretty much every arm wrestling competition he enters. Dennis Cyplenkov is 32 and was born in Ukraine, he hails from a town called Krivoy Rog where he spent most of his time in a local gym training with kettlebells to improve his dynamic fitness and strength. It didn’t take long for Cyplenkov to realise his strength potential, and soon harnessed his strengths and channelled them to arm wrestling.

Obvious Genetic Potential

As a young man you only had to look at Cyplenkov’s well defined, dense muscles to realise that this guy responds well to a training stimulus, what would take many people several months to develop, he would do so in a matter of weeks. The guy was/is blessed with supreme genetics for muscle growth, development and of course, strength. However, any person that can boast more muscle in their hands than some have in their bicep and tricep, has been fed from the chalice of GAINS!

How Cyplenkov weighs up

He’s got 9.5” wrists, much larger than the average 7-8 inches for a man, stands at 6’1” and weighs a hefty 150kg. To give this some context, Mr Olympia Phil Heath is 5’9” and weighs 125kg off season (competing at 110kg). Not meaning to make this all about Phil Heath, but he does have the ‘best physique’ in the world, so it’s interesting to compare. Heath’s biceps come in at 22inches compared to Cyplenkov’s massive 25”, which are unofficially the largest in Russia! Yes he is not an aesthetic kinda guy, but he is VERY strong indeed.

‘Meat Paw’ Hands & Arm Wrestling Champ

What do you get if you combine shovel like hands, or a ‘meat paw’ as supporters affectionately know it, with 25” muscular biceps and a wrist that is more like an average person’s forearm… A 2010 and 2011 Nemiroff world cup title, that’s what. The Nemiroff is considered the largest and most prestigious arm wrestling comp in the world, which would effectively make Cyplenkov a world champ arm wrestler. There is no disputing it, this guy has some of the strongest arms on the planet…and incredibly large hands!

Thanks to Cyplenkov’s massive frame and thick neck and torso, he is regularly compared to the incredible hulk, and it’s hard to argue with this, just look at the guy!
