How many of you try to be healthy by eating just plain ol' chicken and rice for most of your meals? Are you getting bored? I know I would be so maybe it is time to give you a little heads up that you can experiment with other foods. Meals do not have to be boring but if you want to stick with this type of meal why not use a spice or seasoning to mix it up? There is a whole selection of spices and herbs you can buy in the supermarkets which are just waiting to spice up your food and life ;)
