The BRIT Awards : British Stars In Great Shape!

The Brits is a momentous celebration of British talent rewarding artists for not only their talent, but also their devotion and downright hard work and resilience.

As a health and sport supplement company, we couldn't help but notice how some of the big (no pun intended) names on show were also able to transfer their dedication to getting into shape. Emili Sande and 51 year old Boy George obviously devoted a lot of time and effort to the cause this year!

Emili Sande won best British Female Solo Artist and Mastercard British Album Of The Year for her highly acclaimed ‘Our Version Of Events’, but she also looked fit, trim and generally stunning when closing the show singing a medley of her best songs. Her transformation speaks for itself!

Interestingly, Emeli studied Neuroscience before breaking through to stardom when singing with Chipmunk, so it seems she always had an interest in health and well being. Boy George on the other hand didn't have such a background and yet managed to lose shed loads of weight (how much exactly is unclear but must be around 2-3 stones) through general calorie control, careful supplementation with multi vitamins and minerals to enable him to fast for approx 5 hours a day and a strict exercise routine!

Being a man that has always struggled with his weight, his results are very impressive…now to see if they’re sustainable.

Keep up the great work guys!
