Alesha Dixon, 36 says she works out with a personal trainer twice a week and does squats with sit ups for an hour. While at home she says that she will do 30 minutes of leg lifts, sit ups even if it while watching tv. She recommends giving the single leg deadlift with a dumbbell ( check the image below) a go as this tones and strengthens the thighs. I'm pretty sure she is also having a protein shake from us too ;)
