For this product review, I was given the newly repackaged BSN Syntha-6 Edge Protein Powder.
Likewise, with previous reviews, we like to add a bit more of a personality to them, and today we’ll be looking at how to utilise this product in a delicious cheesecake recipe!
The BSN Syntha-6 Edge is renowned for being one of the best tasting protein powders on the market, so let’s put that to the test!
2 Scoops – BSN Syntha-6 EDGE Chocolate
1 TSP Baking Powder
Chocolate Flavour Drops
2 TBSP Coconut Oil
3 TBSP Greek Yoghurt
3 TBSP Light Cream Cheese
1 TBSP Stevia Sweetener
2 Whole Eggs
1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
Walden Farms Caramel Syrup (Optional)
First of all, pre heat your oven to 180 degrees, then begin to prepare the cheesecake crust.
The crust is made up of the oats and coconut oil, mix these ingredients into a bowl and spread evenly onto the bottom of a cheesecake tin.
Then place the crust into the oven to crisp up for 10mins.
This is a very simple recipe, simply mix all of the ingredients that you have left into a bowl, aside from the oats and coconut oil, this mixture will create the cheesecake itself.
Then pour the cheesecake mix on top of your cheesecake crust, and place back into the oven for 15-18mins depending on the size of your cheesecake.
I have also produced a video tutorial of how to create this recipe, which can be found below.
