Leg day is one of the hardest sessions you're going to endure whilst in the gym and you should be feeling like you literally couldn't do another rep even if you tried when getting out of there. Many of you will start with squats and make them the big part of your routine which is great but did you know you can use other exercises to your advantage too. Make no mistake about it, squats are amazing and work a whole range of different muscles but choosing a plate-loaded leg press or walking, weighted lunges are going to give you a bigger and better set of wheels too. I'm not saying don't squat, I am broadening what you can do to enhance your results. Always try new methods of training and give your muscles reasons to grow stronger, bigger and look better :)
