Work your pecs harder and better with your feet off the floor. For each pressing move you perform, whether it is a bench press or dumbbell press, remove your feet off the floor and have them tucked up. This then removes any other force helping your press and requires ONLY your chest muscles to engage. You may find you won't be able to lift as much but you will feel it more.
