Going back to the basics with this one but it is always good to recap and make sure you are doing enough for your body. So if you are looking to build lean muscle did you know that you should be having at least 1g of protein per 1b of body weight. In some cases some of you may require more than 1g because you have a lot of lean muscle and low body fat, therefore to keep building you will need to give the body what it needs, PROTEIN!

So if you are looking to choose a good whey protein, make sure it is high in protein and has a good amount of branched chain amino acids too, this will enhance growth of lean muscle tissue.
