Calling All Females, Free Weights Wont Make You Bulky...

Calling all Females!! Using Free Weights will not give you a body like Arnold Schwarzenegger... I am a passionate and motivating trainer who wants you to achieve the best results possible. So when all of you ladies ask me how to build a toned body and say you don't want to do free weights, my initial response is why??! You're afraid because you think as soon as you lift a weight you will come out of the gym with big biceps, huge shoulders and look like a bodybuilder?? Let me reassure you, this isn't the case and will not happen to you!

Why do I propose you stop doing predominantly cardiovascular work, and do more free weights? Well, Dumbbells, Barbells and machines are great for weight loss. You BURN so many more calories by lifting weights than you do using a treadmill. You will also have more toned muscles, how many of you want to have toned legs, arms, bum, back muscles?? Of course you do, otherwise you wouldn't be exercising. You can burn (depending on your body type) 200-300 more calories during a weights workout compared to your cardiovascular  sessions.

Trust me, you won't build muscles like Arnold, or any other bodybuilder for that matter. The main reason is down to your hormones. My advice to you, pick up some weights and burn more body fat!!
