Cancer ‘Tidal Wave’ Looming : When Will We Take Note & Act On The Warnings!?

It’s a sad state of affairs in a time when science and medicine are at a peak, and yet we still face an this influx of chronic conditions that appear to be plaguing the worlds population. The condition I refer to is the big C…Cancer. The World Health Organisation (WHO) assert that the world could be facing a ‘tidal wave’ of new cancer cases. They predict the number of cases might reach 24 million a year by 2035, but they do state that 50% of these cases could be prevented…Want to know how??

Smoking, drinking and obesity need to go down, the 3 of these are cumulative meaning they combine to increase the risk of cancer. So it’s pertinent for people to cut down in these areas, and do all they can to reduce their total body weight, or more specifically improve their body composition i.e. more muscle to fat ratio.

We have been warned, now to help those people with their attempts to do something about it!
