Carbohydrates.... Do They Make You Fat??


Hey guess what, diets that tell you to significantly cut out carbohydrates are not doing you any favours. Did you know that carbohydrates are not what will make you fat and gain excess pounds? No, it is all the alcohol, biscuits, chocolate, crisps and other sugary foods. Don't fall into the trap of cutting out carbohydrates in order to lose weight, this is not a healthy approach.

Instead, look at what you are eating and cut out the rubbish that you don't need. Have a look at what 'small' snack you might have or treat you give yourself and ask yourself do you really need it? By cutting these out of your diet you will notice a difference in weight loss and it will be a healthy approach too :)
