Want a real easy, quick tip on how you can increase the rate you shed fat off your body? Sure you do, why not try adding cardio in between your sets when training. Doing bursts of cardio in between sets is going to fire up your metabolic rate, keep you working and keep your sessions enjoyable. Your cardio can be anything from a run up the stairs, box jumps, skipping etc etc. Give it a go when you next workout, you are going to SWEAT!!!
