Are you bored of performing your cardio routines? Is the sheer thought of running on another treadmill or using the cross trainer could be dull enough to stop you from performing your cardio workouts. I don't want this to happen and I am here to remind you of other cardio based workouts you can put yourself through which you may have forgotten about. You don't always have to perform the same cardio workouts using the same equipment, if you are doing this then it comes as no surprise to me that you are bored of cardio.
Why not try a circuit based workout which will be fun, work you at an intense rate and torch fat. Include various body weight exercises, squats, lunges, press ups, skipping and other exercises which will increase your heart rate and work you to the max. Exercise doesn't have to be boring so choose different circuit based routines which will keep you enthused and active
