Men's Health Magazine recently laid down a challenge to three of the editorial department to get buff in ten weeks and that is exactly what they did. The pictures show a before and after photograph which shows the great progress they have all made in the ten week period. Each guy chose a different method to get in great shape and needed to eat different foods to maximise gains. Here are the results of the ten week challenge, what do you think?
