Made In Chelsea Star Spencer Matthews Is Back Training Again

You may have seen Spencer Matthews in Men's Health late last year as he got himself into a routine of exercising and eating well. Guess what, he is back at it again training with the incredible Shaun Stafford at City Athletic Gym in London. Spencer is looking to shred and is aiming for an 8% body fat reading at the end of just six weeks training.

You can see from the video below that he is including some great exercises which is going to seriously drop some body fat. Well done Spencer, you are in safe hands and we cannot wait to see the transformation! This time, KEEP IT OFF ;)
