You may have seen Spencer Matthews in Men's Health late last year as he got himself into a routine of exercising and eating well. Guess what, he is back at it again training with the incredible Shaun Stafford at City Athletic Gym in London. Spencer is looking to shred and is aiming for an 8% body fat reading at the end of just six weeks training.
