Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews was given six weeks to get in the best shape of his life and Men's Health magazine would post the results. Spencer began this journey weighing 13 stone 8lbs and having 17% body fat.
He worked out six times a week spending at least an hour in the gym training with top WBFF Pro Shaun Stafford in his gym in London. As you can from the results Spencer looks in great shape and it wasn't just his training that led him to achieving this great physique. He also had to eat sensibly and healthy which he did by eating foods like meat, brown rice and vegetables. It just goes to show what you can do in six weeks if you put your head to it!
