Chemicals Found In Natural Foods

Certain chemicals will put people off from eating certain foods, but did you know there are chemicals in most wholesome foods we eat. Bananas, eggs and blueberries for instance all contain chemicals like aspartic acid, isoleucine, ethyl butanoate, glutamic acid and formaldehyde. Most of these names sound like they are going to cause harm to your body but a high school chemistry teacher from Australia wanted to dispel the fear of the myth that all chemicals will harm you.

Nature evolves compounds, mechanisms and structures far more complicated than ones that can be created in a laboratory. Chemicals are found literally everywhere and some aren't harmful. What is your view on this? Do you steer clear of chemicals or would something like this not bother you?
