A Chilli A Day Keeps The Hunger Away!

Chilli's can boost fat loss in 2 ways 1.) Boost metabolism & 2.) Increase satiety (reduce hunger).

Researchers at Manchester Metropolitan Uni found that Capsaicin, the chemical that gives the chilli

its heat, actually causes an adrenaline rush which affects insulin, ghrelin and leptin, the hunger hormones responsible for controlling hunger. This results in you feeling fuller, quicker!

Not only that, chilli peppers deliver key electrolytes such as phosphorous, magnesium and potassium too, helping you to replete after exercise!

      Hello there,

In order to boost lipolysis (better known as fat burning) a fat metaboliser supplement such as Bio Synergy OK Famously Fit >> http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/bio-synergy-ok-famously-fit-sculpt-30-caps

I would also suggest a low calorie whey protein to consume once a day after a training session and/or in place of one meal a day (no more than one meal a day - also be sure to consume 2 pices of fruit and 3 veg). I would recommend Reflex Nutrition Micro Whey for this >> http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/sports-supplements-whey-protein-reflex-nutrition-micro-whey-0-91kg

Any more info please let me know.

      Kind regards,
