Recent research indicates that quitting smoking is going to help you get a better night's sleep and not disrupt your body clock. Most of you will have tried many different things from sleeping pills and excessive exercise to wear yourselves out. However, there has been more research into those that smoke and have found it can disrupt sleeping patterns and affect the brain and lungs.

We recently raised awareness for STOPtober back in October which was designed by the government to help more people stop smoking due to the implications on your health and wellbeing.
