Crikey By Name, Crikey By Nature : The Indomitable Spirit Of The Lady Who Learned To Walk 20 Times Over!

The term ‘I would walk 500miles’ is something that literally applies to this amazing lady…and more besides this too! In fact, 500miles is somewhat of a breeze compared to what this lady has achieved. The aptly named lady whose name sums up my reaction to her achievements was told she would never walk again, but instead she now walks up stairs and gets around as what is deemed to be relatively ‘normal’ i.e. non- disabled members of the public would.

Get this though, Crikey also holds not 1 but 2 British bench press records! She asserts that “When you’ve learned to walk 20 times, suddenly challenges seem small”.
