There are some parents out there who mistake certain foods like crisps to contribute to their five-a-day because of it coming from a potato. Although this is a vegetable it doesn't count and there are other foods similar which don't count either. Worryingly, some parents believe that fruit isn't healthy and won't have it on a daily basis even though this counts towards their five-a-day.
