Sophie Holmes aged 19 was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis which is a condition that causes the lungs and digestive system to become clogged with mucus. Her lung capacity fell to 60% and she was critically ill. She noticed she was getting worse as the weeks went on and instead of just sitting around, she turned towards personal training so that she could lead a healthier life.

Cardiovascualar and resistance exercise can help Cystic Fibrosis sufferers and Sophie wanted to make this her way of live, living healthy and having zero excuses! She now runs a personal training company with her sister Anna who actually looked after her during this tough time. Respect to you Sophie for not giving up and for finding a way to lead a happy and healthy life, all the best in the future with your health and business :)
