In part 2 of my training principles videos I am talking about dieting and what you shouldn't do when looking to go on a diet. Weight management is a big thing in the UK and across the world. It is important that you give yourself enough time if you are going to go on a diet and in order to do this properly you must make a plan. If you have a plan of how long it is going to take, write small goals that you can keep track of then you will make it happen. When you make these realistic goals you will achieve the diet you have set out to do and it will be a healthier process.
Don't skip carbohydrates. Skipping carbohydrates and meals is bad for you and will only result in one thing, a quick unhealthy fix. When you crash diet like this you will be left feeling unhappy and depressed because you won't stay at that weight. Therefore it is important not to skip meals but to monitor them properly and look at other healthy ways you can drop the pounds you want to lose.
