Men's Health Survival Of The Fittest, the WORLD’S BIGGEST urban obstacle course is in full flow with fast paced 5k, 10k and half marathon courses, all consisting of at least 50 obstacles per course!

Finally we have London that hosts two events, firstly The Big One, and then The Intense One…all of which sound delightful (uhumm).
