The differences between men and women are vast, and being a man, admittedly I am NOT best equipped to explain this. What I am clear on is this…whether you’re a man or a women, the journey to a conditioned, refined, healthy and aesthetic physique is a long one, a journey you have to fully immerse yourself in to reach your goals! As different as men and women may be, there are some similarities when getting fit.
