Ditch the elevator for weight loss. How many of you know that using the stairs instead of using the elevator will burn extra calories throughout the day? So why do you continue to use the elevator? Did you know by using the stairs instead of the elevator you could burn an additional 100 calories per day. That's 100 extra calories you wouldn't normally burn, and if you struggle with fat loss, you should incorporate this into your daily routine. And it doesn't have to stop there, by taking two steps at a time will increase more the work rate resulting in more calories. Taking it to the ultimate why not perform a few squats when you get to the top to congratulate yourself.
