It is mid morning and how many of you have already enjoyed a nice cup of coffee? Are you onto your next cup right now as you are reading this? How many of you believe that if you drink coffee you should also be drinking water with it to keep you hydrated? Did you know according to recent studies, coffee does not dehydrate you which means you can enjoy your hot drinks even more. There is truth in the fact that caffeine rich drinks like coffee can slow the uptake of fluids within the body.
Studies also show that there is no electrolyte imbalance or difference in performance when consuming coffee. So for all of you that are concerned you will become dehydrated by drinking this hot drink, have another swig of it for me ;)
