I stumbled across an excellent idea the other day and don’t know who to reference it to, but it was pretty neat. It involves placing marks on your transparent drinking bottle relative to the time of day. So you would fill both bottles up and at 8am (for example) proceed to drink the appropriate amount of fluid to get to the respective times mark. Continue this routine throughout the day, look at the time of day at the point and see how much fluid you have/ should have drank.
Hydration is key to a plethora of bodily functions, so give it the TIME and attention it deserves!
