A recent study has shown that drinking up to 5 cups of coffee a day can seriously reduce chances of Alzheimers. Drinking between three and five cups a day could cut the chance of developing Alzheimer's disease by up to 20 per cent, scientists said. Seems like quite a lot of cups and let's be frank here, having this amount might help with reducing the risk of one illness but it could increase chances of other things happening in the body.
