Do you drink water when you are thirsty? Did you know if you are drinking water at this point then you are more than likely already dehydrated and you should have had the water beforehand. When you are dehydrated you won't be able to focus as well, cognitive functions will be unbalanced and your muscles will be more likely to cramp.

Stay hydrated by drinking cups of water regularly throughout the day. Make sure if you have a hot drink you also have a cup of water to go with it. Staying hydrated is important for everyday functions of the body and especially when you are exercising. Remain tired free by staying hydrated throughout the day!
